Latest Arrangements on Memberships

Dear 24/7 FITNESS members,

Referring to our previous notice on the temporary closure of all our centers in compliance with the government’s policies, we would like to announce an update on our arrangements on memberships.

Instead of extending the membership towards the end of contract for 14 days, we would like to offer a more responsive and immediate arrangement for all our beloved members.

For members with an active monthly membership during the period of closure (28th March to 11th April), the payment on 1st of May will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the waived charge for 14 days. While we are taking time to adjust the configurations, the system will charge you on 1st April for the regular subscription fee.

If your membership does not fall under the above category, please feel free to contact your respective club managers and our staff will be eager to assist you with more details.

During the temporary closure, we will be upgrading our entry systems with state of the art thermal imaging technology and conduct preventive deep sanitization in all our facilities. We wish our measures can further facilitate all members in the collective battle against the epidemic. Stay strong. Stay healthy.
