For members with an active monthly membership during the period of closure (10th December 2020 to 3rd February 2021), the auto payment for January do not be charged. The payment on 1st of February 2021 will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the waived charge for 25 days.

In compliance with the HKSAR Government's newest policies, the temporary closure will be extended until 27th January 2021 (Wednesday) and we will reopen at 12nn on 28th January 2021 (Thursday), until further notice. For members with an active monthly membership during the period of closure (10th December 2020 to 27th January 2021), the auto payment for January do not be charged. The payment on 1st of February 2021 will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the waived charge for 18 days.

For members with an active monthly membership during the period of closure (10th December 2020 to 20th January 2021), the auto payment for January will not be charged. The payment on 1st of February 2021 will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the waived charge for 11 days.

Referring to our previous notice on the temporary closure of all our centers in compliance with the government's policies, we would like to announce an update on our arrangements on memberships. For members with an active monthly membership during the period of closure (15th July to 31st August 2020), the auto payment on 1st September will not be charged.

In compliance with the HKSAR Government's newest policies, the temporary closure will be extended until 25th August 2020 (Tuesday) and we will reopen at 12nn on 26th August 2020 (Wednesday), until further notice. For members with an active monthly membership during the period of closure (29th July to 25th August), the payment on 1st of September will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the waived charge for 28 days.

In compliance with the HKSAR Government's newest policies, the temporary closure will be extended until 18th August 2020 (Tuesday) and we will reopen at 12nn on 19th August 2020 (Wednesday), until further notice. For members with an active monthly membership during the period of closure (29th July to 18th August), the payment on 1st of September will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the waived charge for 21 days.
