Extension on mandatory closure

Under the ever changing situation, the position of 24/7 FITNESS remains unchanged. We strive to serve our members with the highest level of excellence and support. We aim to reopen our facilities as soon as possible while ensuring our members will benefit from the improvements we have made during the downtime.

In compliance with the HKSAR Government’s newest policies, the mandatory closure will be extended until 23rd April 2020 (Thursday) and we will reopen at 12nn on 24th April 2020 (Friday), until further notice.

For members with an active monthly membership during the period of closure (28th March to 23rd April), the payment on 1st of May will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the waived charge for 27 days.

If your membership does not fall under the above category, please feel free to contact your respective club managers and our staff will be eager to assist you with more details.

In order to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment upon reopening, we will be upgrading our entry systems with state of the art thermal imaging technology and conduct preventive deep sanitization in all our facilities during the temporary closure. We wish our measures can further facilitate all members in the collective battle against the epidemic.
